Directions for use

1. take about 40-50 cm of dental floss and wrap it around your fingers so that a 2cm long piece of thread can slide between your teeth.

2. carefully insert the floss into the space between your teeth using zigzag movements.

3. 3. then place the floss in a u-shape around the tooth and move it from top to bottom.

4. repeat this step for each tooth with a fresh section of floss.
